Staff Position
Inland Insight is accepting applications for staff therapists, psychologists, and prescribers. Our office provides a wide range of services, including comprehensive evaluations for psycho-legal matters, employment, and work-injury matters as well as standard community-based services. We aim to provide evidence-based services to serve patients toward improving their lives through mental health care. Candidates must possess and maintain an unrestricted and independent licensure and possess a degree (Ph.D., Psy.D., LMHC, MSW, MD, ARNP) from an accredited university. They must also possess and demonstrate familiarity with psychotherapy treatments and objective evaluation protocols. Inland Insight staff maintain a collaborative team approach to patient evaluation and treatment and thrive on shared knowledge to benefit patient outcomes.

Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellows (Ph.D./Psy.D.)
Fellows receive practical experience and advanced training in the Treatment and Assessment of psychological conditions such as various expressions of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and chronic pain. Fellows will receive training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities as well as evidence-based therapy for trauma, including Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Evaluations include examination of conditions, teaching opportunities, and potential supervision of master-level clinicians. All services are performed under the weekly supervision of a licensed psychologist. Ideal candidates are individuals seeking breadth and depth in treatment and assessment skills across the age span from adolescents to late adults as well as families. The position is a hybrid of in-person and virtual work opportunities in Washington and Idaho.
