Jeffrey Schloemer

Clinical & Forensic Psychologist

Dr. Schloemer is a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington and Idaho with a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from George Fox University. He completed his internship and postdoctoral fellowship across the Walla Walla, Spokane, and Boise VA Hospitals, later serving as a staff psychologist at the Spokane VA until 2021. In 2018, he founded Inland Insight to provide specialized psychological services.

His expertise includes the evaluation and treatment of trauma and head injuries, as well as forensic assessments in legal and employment contexts—such as fitness for duty, psychological damages, pre-employment, and cognitive or mood concerns. Dr. Schloemer is trained in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), an evidence-based model that helps individuals uncover patterns in emotions, relationships, and coping, fostering meaningful change.
